The Mystery of Muscat — Guided Tour and Tasting

This is the best place to start if you want to truly understand Rutherglen Muscat. Over 90 minutes, one of our team will guide you through the four tiers — Rutherglen, Classic, Grand and Rare — each paired with handcrafted local chocolates.
You will learn how Muscat is made, how it is classified, and why it is unlike anything else produced in Australia. It is hands-on, unhurried and genuinely fascinating, even if you think you already know your Muscats.

Master Blenders: Blend Your Own Muscat
$160 per person / Approx 2 hours
Ever wondered what a winemaker actually does when they sit down to build a blend? This is your chance to find out.
Using a selection of aged stocks, you will blend, adjust and refine until you have created a fortified wine that is entirely your own. The best part is you take a bottle of it home. Interactive, creative and a lot of fun — this one is popular for a reason.

Crafted to Perfection: Fortified Wine Experience with a Take-Home Barrel
$1,975 per person / Approx 4 hours
For the serious fortified wine lover, this is the one. A half-day immersive workshop that takes you deep into the craft of fortified winemaking — the history, the technique, the art of blending and the patience required to get it right.
You will leave with a 10 litre handcrafted home barrel to continue ageing your wine at home. It is a genuinely unique experience and one that tends to become a bit of an obsession once you start.

Good wine always tastes better with something delicious alongside it. Our gourmet platters are built from the best local produce, served on beautiful wooden boards and paired to complement whatever you are drinking.
Perfect for a long lunch on the lawn, or just something to nibble on while you work your way through the range. Optional extras include fresh fruit, buffalo mozzarella and gourmet anchovies.

The S&K Speakeasy
Up to 3 hours | 4 to 11 guests $105pp | 12 or more guests $95pp
Tucked among century-old cellar and Muscat barrels, the S&K Speakeasy is one of those places you have to see to believe. An intimate, beautifully styled space that is available exclusively for private bookings — perfect for a special celebration, a corporate gathering or a group that wants something a little different.
The package includes a gourmet platter and a premium drinks package. Up to three hours, entirely yours.
