Shipping policy

Stanton & Killeen Wines shall endeavour to despatch all orders within 1 - 2 business days from the date that orders are received with payment, however we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow 7 - 10 days for deliveries to most places, although this time should be considerably shorter for deliveries to Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Deliveries will not be left at unattended premises, unless you are an existing customer and you have provided us specific instructions that are clearly stated on your order.

To ensure the quality of our wines, we do not despatch orders during periods of extreme heat. You will be notified if your order is impacted.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on your location within Australia.

Currently our shipping rates are as follows (inclusive of GST), but are subject to change:

Orders within VIC & ACT: Flat rate of $18

Orders within NSW & TAS: Flat rate of $20

Orders within QLD, SA: Flat rate of $30

Orders within WA, NT: Flat rate of $40.

Orders within NT: Flat rate of $48.

All orders over $250 (including GST) are eligible for free shipping.

*Orders cannot generally be delivered internationally unless prior arrangement has been made with Stanton & Killeen Wines.
