The Passing of the Port

An unmissable evening of history, storytelling, and world-class Vintage Fortified wines, Passing of the Port is your chance to taste some of the most extraordinary fortifieds from Portugal and Australia, guided by the industry’s finest.
This year, we’re elevating the experience even further with a very special guest—
James Godfrey, Penfolds Global Fortified and Spirit Winemaker, who will share his insights alongside Wendy Killeen & Adriaan Foot (Stanton & Killeen) and Chris & Jen Pfeiffer (Pfeiffer Wines).
At the heart of the evening is a once-in-a-lifetime tasting of rare and remarkable vintages—some of which you may never see or taste again. Hand-selected from Stanton & Killeen’s meticulously curated cellar collection, Wendy Killeen has chosen bottles that tell a story of time, tradition, and the evolution of Vintage Fortifieds.

Dive into the dark and daring world of 1950s Rutherglen at Deadly Vintage: A Murder at Gracerray. Among the gangstas, rock 'n rollers, and high-stakes drama, secrets simmer and tensions explode in this thrilling sell-out murder mystery event.
Adding to the atmosphere, local culinary legends, grace. bar and eatery, will serve up a bold 1950s-inspired menu that’s as unforgettable as the night itself.

Join us for our exclusive Wine Club Members Pick-Up Party in 2025! This special day includes a complimentary guided tour, tastings of our exciting new releases, and the chance to collect your September wine packs. For those looking to dive deeper, participate in a discounted Muscat Blending session for $80 per person (normally $140).
Make it a leisurely afternoon by booking a gourmet lunch platter in advance or bring your own picnic to enjoy on our lawn or in our cosy speakeasy. It’s our way of celebrating you—our valued wine club members—and sharing the best of Stanton & Killeen.

Celebrate the art of Fortified wine and Home Barrels at Stanton & Killeen’s Port & Barrel Weekend. This immersive long weekend (NSW & ACT) is packed with workshops, inspiring guest speakers, and tastings designed to deepen your appreciation for these unique wine styles.
You can join in on one, two, or as many workshops as you like, tailoring your experience to fit around your weekend plans. The highlight? A Saturday evening cocktail event in our atmospheric cellar, where we’ll announce the winners of the Liquid Luxury Wine Show.
