A star for the table
Estrela is our sparkling white made for sharing. The name means star in Portuguese, and that is exactly how it is meant to feel. A bright bottle at the centre of the table, the first pour that gently shifts the moment from everyday into something a little more special.
This wine is about coming together, community, and the simple joy of good company. It suits the big celebrations, but it is just as perfect for the smaller ones, a long lunch, an easy dinner, a quiet catch up with someone you have known forever. The bottle between two old friends on the back porch, when the conversation is flowing and nobody is checking the time.
The flavour profile is generous and lifted. Brioche and freshly baked apple strudel rise from the glass, with a fresh line of lime keeping everything bright. On the palate, the mousse is fine and creamy, with lemon sherbet and crisp apple up front, a soft mid palate, and a long, clean finish that stays light and refreshing.
Brilliant pale straw with a very fine bead of persistent gentle bubbles, Estrela is the kind of sparkling you can open often. Bright, generous, and ready when you are. Serve chilled, pour generously and enjoy the company.
